Onsite Development Model
Infoworld provides onsite development services
to clients if required and partial or complete projects
teams are sent to client's location to develop, release
and maintain the product or application. However, onsite
means higher cost than offshore.
We actually offer Hybrid Model to our onsite clients. In
this model, only the mandatory team remains onsite and majority
of the team remains offshore. Through this model we ensure
that onsite components are minimized without adding worries
and risks to the project. Depending on the completeness
of the specification, project's complexity and availability
of the client side resources, we suggest who and when from
the Infoworld team should be present onsite.
